• Have begun adding Western Australian yearbooks to Yearbooks.

February 2024 update

Another slowish month.

• Uploaded an incomplete manuscript by Don Di Fabrizio of what would become his My Years With The Falcons to Books.
• Uploaded 1998-1999 National Soccer League programs to Programs.
• Found a stray Wolves program from 1997-1998 in the 1998-1999 folder... that's been uploaded.
• Have started uploading A-League men's programs to Programs. I don't have access to a lot of these yet.

January 2024 update

Thanks to Dimitri Peppas for providing a variety of South Australian materials. A bit of a slow month otherwise, as I was working on South Melbourne stats guff. 

Uploads

• Several MetroStars media guides and yearbooks added to South Australian club materials.
• Six more Football South Australia annual reports added to Yearbooks.
• 2008 Football Federation South Australia yearbook added to Yearbooks. Turns out that I had actually uploaded this ages ago, but had neglected to link to it here.
• Added several Australian Soccer Hall of Fame programs to Yearbooks. Might create a separate tab for hall of fame guff, not sure yet.

December 2023 update

Thanks to Adam Muyt and the Dutch Club Abel Tasman for providing me with some Dutch-Australian soccer related materials to scan and upload. It was a productive month on several other fronts, too.

Uploads

• Uploaded the available South Australian Amateur Soccer League yearbooks to Yearbooks. Like SA's main soccer federation, the SAASL is a persistent producer of yearbooks. Also available on their official site, these are immaculately presented.
• Added the Football South Australia yearbooks for 2022 and 2023, to Yearbooks. 
• Added John Didulica's Football Belongs podcast to Podcasts.
• Added Marion Stell's Girls In Sport: Soccer, to Books. I will have to create a better scan of this someday.
• Added John Beks' idiosyncratic history/memoir Western Victoria "Soccer Football" 1955-2005: The First 25 Years Years And Then..., to Books.
• Added Fortuna 60 25th anniversary booklet to Victorian Club materials.
• Added Fortuna 60 50th anniversary history booklet to Victorian Club materials
• Added 1972 Ferntree Gully yearbook to Victorian Club materials.
• Added three editions of Ringwood City Wilhelmina Supporters News from 1968 to Victorian Club materials
• Added Ringwood City 50th anniversary history booklet to Victorian Club materials.
• Added 1967 Ringwood United yearbook to Victorian Club materials.
• Added 1993 Corio history/reunion night booklet to Victorian Club materials
• Added a 1980 booklet/match program for South Melbourne Hellas' 21st anniversary to Victorian Club materials.
• Italian Victorian club merger flowcharts. All three extant versions of the famous flowcharts attempting to chart the many mergers, takeovers, and occasional de-mergers involving Italian-backed soccer clubs in Victoria. Added to Miscellaneous.
• Added 1997-1998 NSL match programs to Programs.

November 2023 update

Always a challenge to find the time to work on even one of the four or five projects I have going, but November was still a reasonably productive month.

Reshuffling
Things were getting unwieldy already in the club materials section, so there are now links to individual states within the main club materials page. It's an extra step to navigate, but you're all mature enough to handle that.

• Uploaded the rest of Australian Soccer Weekly at my disposal to Newspapers
  
• Added the rest of the NSW Super Soccer magazines I had to Newspapers
• Added NSL match programs for 1980 to Programs
• Uploaded Polonia (Melbourne) 1950-1970 booklet to Victorian club materials
• Uploaded 1997 Perth Glory yearbook to Western Australian club materials
• Added a Miscellaneous page for stuff I have no idea of how to sort yet, like my monuments map.

October 2023 update

Apparently when Internet Archive won't accept some of your PDFs, you can repair them on a different site and resubmit them. Tedious, but worthwhile process in such a project.

Quite a productive month overall. Hopefully finish off what I have of the ABSWs next month, and also add a few rarer objects provided I can get my hands on them.

Updates

• Uploaded several years worth' of Australian and British Soccer Weekly to Newspapers. The completeness of the uploads varies, but the 1980s uploads are generally pretty good.
• Added programs from the 2000-2001 NSL season to Programs. Initially this did that thing where it wouldn't "derive" properly - that is create the various files and usability features - but then it kicked in after a few days.
  
• Found a stray 2001-2002 Perth Glory program (round 2), hiding in the 2000-2001 folder; added it to the 2001-2002 NSL program upload.

September 2023 update

Slow month, but still a decent mini-project worked on.

Uploads

• All extant digitised copies of Goal! Weekly added to Newspapers. Previously about five years' worth of material had been uploaded, but finding that the Wayback Machine had preserved the links to Goal! Weekly's PDF collection meant that this section has been considerably filled out. Some links on that site never worked, and the missing issues mostly stem from that matter.
